These Terms and Conditions contain information relevant to the Link Home Loans Referral A Friend program:

• Link Home Loans referral program commenced 1 January 2019 and ends 20th December 2019.
• This Offer is based on settled loans over $200,000.
• Loans that result in clawback of commission, such as refinancing existing Link Home Loan clients, will not be eligible for the gift reward.
• A $200 Gift Card will be rewarded per settled loan over $200,000. For example, 3 referrals that result in 3 settled loans over $200,000 will result in the referrer receiving $600 in Gift Cards.
• The Gift Card/s will be available as e-gift cards. The referrer will have a choice from either Coles, Officeworks, Target or Kmart. If the referrer does not have an email then the card/s will be mailed to the referrers address.
• Gift Card/s will be delivered to the referrer within 4 weeks of the settlement date.
• There is no maximum number of persons a Referrer can refer.
• Link Home Loans reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Referral Program at any time for any reason.
• By participating in the Link Home Loans Refer a Friend Program you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
